This all-natural serving platter is crafted from organically-grown Moso bamboo, a renewable resource that is lightweight, durable and gentle on knives. When the serving is done, the board cleans easily with a light hand washing; it should not be soaked or washed in the dishwasher. The Tree of Life measures 13-1/2 inches by 13 inches and is 5/8 of an inch thick.
